CONSTRUCTION

		Rigid construction of the frame ensures stability and precision. We exercise vigorous steel normalization practice during the construction of our frames. We have used high quality linear motion products from well-know manufactures with strong worldwide representation.

		Configured to suit different applications. Shown is working group consisting of a high speed router with quick change mechanism, drilling head with 15 vertical and 4 horizontal independent spindles and, a grooving saw which turns from 0-90 for grooving along the X and Y axes. The machine can be ordered with optional equipment such as automatic tool change, extra routers, C axis and much more.

		Accessibility and ease of operation was the main objective in the creation of our CNC. Every component has been designed and placed for easy removal and installation which helps in proper maintenance of the machine over extended periods of time.

		The used of macro facility on our software created a user friendly environment for editing and executing programming tasks. The machine is capable of reading DXF files from an outside CAD program. By converting the information, the machine can execute instruction without the need for reprogramming.

		The operator has the option when setting drilling program, of using either the optimization environment or programming the drilling sequence. Programming can be done by the machine, or by the operator away from the office using a stand alone PC or a network computer. The software offers many features such real time simulation, reporting facility, fault diagnosis and more…….
